Kash Hovey is stepping into a major new role. The award-winning actor, producer, and host has been named head of the newly launched Voiceover Department at PKA Agency, marking a full-circle moment for someone who began his career in the voiceover world at WME.
Back then, Hovey coordinated bookings and sessions for heavy hitters like Robert Redford, Chloë Grace Moretz, Elliot Page, Courtney B. Vance, Carnie Wilson, Cree Summer, and Ted Danson; experience that now positions him to help build and expand PKA’s vision for a modern, opportunity-driven VO division.
Hovey’s creative career has spanned film, TV, and digital media, with credits including Undateable John, Plastic Daydream, The Hit, Rebound with Martin Lawrence, and Jack and Cocaine. He next appears in A Unified Theory of Love with Richard Karn, and Cognitive, which is currently streaming. He’s also the creator and host of the award-winning talk show On Air with Ka$h, known for standout interviews with Tim Burton, Paula Abdul, Whitney Cummings, Cary Elwes, Dominic Monaghan, Beverly D’Angelo, and Rob Lowe. The series recently earned Best Variety Talk Series, Podcast or Entertainer at Film Fest LA.
Beyond the screen, Hovey champions community and mental health awareness and serves as Celebrity Ambassador for the Heart Safe Neighborhood Foundation. His new role at PKA aligns with the agency’s reputation for innovation, including launching the industry’s first dedicated Queer Talent Division, and signals an exciting chapter as Hovey helps shape a department rooted in creativity, inclusion, and opportunity for all voices.
