Diddy’s Beverly Hills mansion has turned into a white elephant on the market, struggling to attract buyers since it was listed two months ago.
Real estate insiders tell TMZ that just a handful of prospective buyers have even toured the home, which saw a major Homeland Security raid in March. According to sources, none have shown serious interest.
One couple recently viewed the mansion, but the woman reportedly felt "creeped out" and couldn’t leave fast enough.
Sources add there’s a distinct “ick factor” due to the ongoing legal allegations against Diddy. And it doesn’t help that realtors think the $61.5 million asking price is overly ambitious, claiming the mansion isn’t worth anywhere near that amount.
As Thanksgiving approaches, the already cooling market will likely freeze through Christmas, making a sale even harder. Although notorious homes can sell eventually—the Menendez mansion recently did—the Diddy scandal is still too recent, making this sale particularly challenging.
